The employees of Nuna Law have wide experience within all areas of Greenlandic and Danish law; right from conveyance of real property to company law and contract law, mergers and acquisitions and advice to international companies, primarily within oil, gas and mineral exploration.
Nuna Law’s primary focus is on commercial counselling and law, and we represent a number of Greenland's largest companies – both public and private. We also wish to be a part of society, and we therefore – although to a small extent – also assist private clients in cases of a social character and in criminal cases.
If a case or an assignment demands further resources, the expertise and competence of DELACOUR DANIA's network is used, so that the client is always ensured optimum advice and case handling.
