Nuna Law Firm is a member of the professional organization Association of Danish Law Firms (Danske Advokater), and all of Nuna Law Firm’s lawyers are admitted to the Bar by the Danish Ministry of Justice. Furthermore, all our lawyers are members of the Danish Bar and Law Society (Advokatsamfundet).

Nuna lawyers are also members of the Greenlandic association of lawyers Nunatsinni Advokatit • Grønlandske Advokater.

Nuna Law Firm and all our lawyers are subject to the Code of Conduct for the Danish Bar and Law Society. The Code of Conduct is available at the homepage of the Danish Bar and Law Society www.advokatsamfundet.dk. 

Our lawyers are subject to the supervision and disciplinary system of the Danish Bar and Law Society and to the rules on legal ethics, see Section 78 of the Greenlandic Administration of Justice Act. Furthermore, the code of conduct applies. 

With respect to the rules that apply to the performance of legal tasks, reference is made to Section 119-147 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act and the enabling legislation issued in pursuance hereof.
