Short biography

Helen is educated at University of Aarhus and has for many years dealt with Greenlandic business law in cooperation with Nuna Law and is a capacity in particular in the field of mineral resources, preparation and negotiation of contracts, and competition law in Greenland. She therefore already has a thorough knowledge of Greenlandic conditions.

Helen also has a solid and very broad experience with consulting in relation to general business law and company law matters, international contracts, distribution conditions, CSR, purchase and sale of companies, due diligence processes and reconstructions.
